NFOGM Temadag changes its name to Måleteknisk fagdag
After the 2020 NFOGM annual meeting unanimously approved the board’s proposal to change the name of NFOGM Temadag through a naming competition, several good proposals have been received from committed members
The choice finally fell on Måleteknisk fagdag
This name is strongly inspired by suggestions from both Ole Øiestad and Steinar Fosse, and both will therefore receive a small gift
The new name is considered both concrete and descriptive, at the same time as it is future-oriented in that it focuses on measurement and will therefore include measurements of fluids other than oil and gas
